TERMS & CONDITIONS :
By utilising the service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
In addition, you shall be subject to the rules and guidelines which are applicable to such services.
Participation will constitute acceptance of the agreement and entering into of a binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as “the user) and Dento Design Incorporation (herein after referred to as “the provider”)
If you (“the user”) do not agree, please do not register or use this service.
Terms and conditions are applicable to the purchase of services and sale of products by Dento Design Incorporation through its website www.dentodesign.co.za(hereinafter referred to as “the provider”).
By registering and placing an order “the user” warrants the following :
- older than 18 years,
- of legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement,
- a practicing dentist registered with a dental board.
“The Provider” reserves the right to void the agreement in any of the following instances :
- Fraudulent, false or speculative orders.
- Orders placed by a user with whom there has been a dispute or disagreement, regarding past or previous orders.
- When in reasonable doubt that “the user” is in breach of any of the specified terms and conditions.
- Reasonable doubt that a criminal activity is taking place.
Updating of the terms and conditions may occur at any time. A notification will be sent via email to “the user” within 7 days to inform them of the amended terms and conditions.
The Dento Design Incorporated website and its original content, functionality and features are owned by Dento Design Incorporation and protected by copyright law.
USER DUTIES :
“The user” will provide Dento Design Incorporation “the provider” with all the necessary information to access and use the service on the website.
Information provided needs to be current and truthful and “the provider” may make use of this information to contact “the user”.
The protocol needs to be followed as indicated, without strict adherence to the protocols set out no order will be processed. Should we not receive all data (photos, videos, impression, scans etc.) requested, “the provider” will not be liable for any resulting delays or failures in delivery.
“The User” must not carry out any activity that obstructs or interferes with the operation of the website.
SECURITY MEASURES :
“The provider” will take all reasonable means to ensure that personal data is kept safe at all times. However, “the user” acknowledges that data transmission over the internet is not guaranteed. “The provider” will not be held liable should unauthorized users infiltrate the system.
“The user” will also ensure that they keep their username and password safe and inform “the provider” immediately via email should unlawful access or theft of the username may have occurred.

PURCHASING PROCEDURE :
First time usage of “the website” requires “the user” to register an account which will be verified and authenticated. “The user” will select their own Username and Password.
Once activated, “the user” can login and select the desired service. The user will be redirected to a payment portal and once payment is successful the user can upload all the required data for processing by “the provider “
The user can login at any time to track the progress of the order.
COVERAGE :
The service can be used across Southern Africa.
CONTRACT BETWEEN “THE PROVIDER” AND “THE USER”
Once, the service has been selected and confirmed, payment has been successful, correct data uploaded, the user will receive an email acknowledging the receipt of the order. This does not imply that the order has been accepted.
The acceptance is subject to verification of data by “the provider”. “The user” will receive confirmation via an email to confirm that the data is correct. The design phase will commence within 24 hours of acceptance.
The contract between “ the user” and “the provider” will become effective only when the data has been accepted and design phase has commenced for the requested service.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS :
Prior to completing your order on the website, you can check all the information related to your order and amend as you see fit.
Subsequent to order confirmation, no cancellation of orders can be done after 24 hours from time of confirmation on the website. ”The provider” needs to be contacted telephonically within the 24 hours of upload.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS :
Prices are stated in Rands and inclusive of VAT.
For payment, “the user” will be directed to a payment portal – Payfast. Please refer to the Payfast Website for their security information.
Should an order be cancelled and cancellation accepted and confirmed as per detailed instruction, a full refund will be made to the user within 14 days of the accepted cancellation date.
DELIVERY :
Digital documents will be uploaded onto the user profile on the Dento Design website and “the user” will be notified of its accessibility.
Once “the user” has accepted the digital documentation “the provider” will proceed with the manufacture of the product. Product delivery will be available within a maximum of 5 days from manufacturing to shipment.
“The user” will be informed once the reputable 3rd party courier has collected the product from the Johannesburg offices. “The user” will receive an email confirmation with the delivery details and tracking number if available. Dento Design Incorporation will not be responsible for the product once the 3rd party courier has taken possession of the product.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS :
All products are tailor-made, according to the specification and instruction of “ the user”
“The Provider” can only refund or replace the product in the case that the product is NOT in accordance with the information sent by the user.
A replacement product will be shipped within 7 days after the redo has been confirmed by the user or a full refund will be made within 14 days.
